Crawlspace Services

Conditioned Crawlspace
A Conditioned Crawlspace is where the foundation walls are insulated and sealed, the ground is covered
with a reinforced liner membrane and the air flow in the crawlspace is conditioned by air supply coming
from the structure’s HVAC system to make sure the crawlspace maintains a constant humidity level to
avoid wood decay fungal growth.

French Drain Crawlspace
A French Drain Crawlspace is a Conditioned Crawlspace with a drain tile put into the ground around the
perimeter of the foundation wall on the inside of the crawlspace, which allows ground water to drain
into a sump pump, which allow the water to be pumped outside the crawlspace, keeping the ground
inside the crawlspace dry.

Tradtional Crawlspace
A Traditional Crawlspace is the most common type of crawlspace insulation. It includes batt insulation in
between the crawlspace joists and a poly vapor barrier on the ground to keep the moisture in crawl at a
minimum.

Insulation Services

Blown Wool Insulation
Blown Wool is used to provide a thermal barrier in attics and walls by blowing loose fiber into the wall
cavities and attic floors.

Fiberglass Batt Insulation
Batt Insulation is the most commonly used insulation to provide a thermal barrier in walls, ceilings and
floors, by using insulation that has been formed into a mat and installed either by, staples, pins or laid in
between attic joists.

Spray Foam Insulation
Spray Foam insulation is the fastest growing type of insulation application in new construction to date
and provides a zero air penetration thermal barrier in whatever area it is used in.
